BUDD NC VICTORY FUND is a joint fundraising committee on behalf of Ted Budd for Senate, the North Carolina Republican

Party and Old North State. Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated according to the following formula:

BUDD NC VICTORY FUND is a joint fundraising committee on behalf of Ted Budd for Senate, the North Carolina Republican

Party and Old North State. Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated according to the following formula:

The next $10,000 of any contribution by an individual or a non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the next $5,000 of any

contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, shall be allocated to the North Carolina Republican Party.

The next $5,000 of any contribution by an individual or a non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the next $5,000 of any

contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, shall be allocated to Old North State.

Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant or

group of participants. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would

exceed the amount that contributor may give to a particular participant.

The legal maximum that an individual or a non-multicandidate political committee may contribute to the JFC is $20,800 (1

candidate committee x 2 elections $5,800 + 1 state party committee x $10,000 + one Leadership PAC x $5,000 =

$20,800). The legal maximum that a multicandidate political committee may contribute to the JFC is $20,000 (1 candidate

committee x 2 elections $10,000 + 1 state party committee x $5,000 = $5,000).

Notwithstanding the allocation formula described above, contributions mqy be designated f?y the contributor for a specific

committee. All earmarked contributions will be allocated to the specified committee(s) as directed f?y the contributor, in

accordance with applicable individual and aggregate contribution limits under the Federal Election Campaign Aa of 1971,

as amended.
